Order Total & Payment Info will be emailed to you when I receive
your order form.
Fabric may be purchased and provided
by the customer.
A $5.00 fabric allowance is given for fabric provided by the
customer.
The price of the CoylCushion will reflect the appropriate allowance.
In the comments section of this order form, describe fabric being
purchased or provide link to purchase site before you buy it.
Embroidery designs not in the Embroidery Gallery may be purchased
by the customer.
There are format and size restrictions. Please provide a link to the
requested design before you buy it.
Cost of the design will be added to the purchase price of the
CoylCushion.
I need to approve the Fabric and/or
Embroidery designs before you buy them. Please write 'Custom' on the
Fabric and/or Embroidery line(s).
When I receive your Order Form I will email you to approve your
request and give you the information needed to send them to me.
Size 1 - Phone
Cushion
Size 2 - Smallest CoylCushion - 3" less width than
regular -
fits KindleKeyboard, KindleTouch naked seated vertical, not
horizontal. fits Smallest Kindle naked vertical or horizontal.
Size 3 - Original CoylCushion - 2" less width than regular
fits KindleKeyboard, KindleTouch with some cases seated vertical,
not horizontal. fits Smallest Kindle with a case vertical or
horizontal.
Size 4 - Regular Size CoylCushion - fits KindleKeyboard,
KindleTouch horizontal or vertical with cases up to 7.5 inches wide.
Size 5 - Oversized CoylCushion - fits iPad, Paper Books,
Android Tablets.
For Removeable Covers:
Put 'Removable Cover Only - Size needed' (Size 2, 3, 4, 5)
on the Size/Description
line and fill out the other boxes as usual
